Specially selected fully matured 6 year old fresh ginseng roots that are washed with
the outer skin intact, steamed and sun dried which gives it its distinctive red colour.
Korean Red Ginseng contains more health giving benefits and is more easily digested
than any other ginseng and is universally considered to be the finest in the world.
The individual roots are graded, Heaven, Earth & Good, placed in a vacuum packed
wooden box and protective tin.
The harvest year is marked on the outer tin with the packing date stamped on the
inside and unopened can be kept for up to 10 years.
Once opened keep in a sealed bag.
Place 1 or 2 whole roots in a pot with 1 litre of water, boil and simmer on low heat
until the water is reduced to 1/2 to 1/3 depending on preferred strength. Decant
and repeat twice more using the same roots with fresh water. Mix all together and
keep in the fridge.
Drink warm or cold once a day, preferably before breakfast on an empty stomach.
