DELIVERY WITHIN UK ONLY:

Free delivery to UK addresses including Northern Ireland.

Special delivery options available: For charges please enquire or call customer service.  

Orders received will be confirmed by email with the status of your order and will be dispatched as soon as possible, usually within 48 hours, subject to availability of stock.

Orders are sent by UK Royal Mail service or DHL courier service at our discretion.

If no one is at the address to receive the delivery, a card with a telephone number will be left for you to call to make alternative delivery arrangements.

OVERSEAS DELIVERY: -  Orders for overseas delivery will be charged at cost.

Please enquire before placing your order by submitting your request along with delivery address and destination country and we will supply postage costs.

All overseas orders will be dispatched using a track and trace service and requires a signature on receipt.

Korean Red Ginseng Company cannot offer an overnight delivery service or guaranteed delivery on any of our delivery options and does not accept responsibility for the delay or failure of delivery to arrive on time.
