Our Whole Root Ginseng is made from carefully selected 6-year-old Korean ginseng, harvested at full maturity for maximum potency. Each root is washed with its outer skin intact, then traditionally steamed and naturally sun-dried — a process that gives it its deep red colour and enhances digestibility.

Korean Red Ginseng is widely regarded as the most effective and easily absorbed form of ginseng. This premium product is graded into three levels: Heaven, Earth, and Good, then packed in a vacuum-sealed wooden box and protective tin for freshness. With a shelf life of up to 10 years unopened, it’s ideal for those seeking both tradition and long-term value.

How to Prepare:

  • Place 1–2 roots in a pot with 1 litre of water

  • Simmer gently until reduced by half or one-third, depending on strength

  • Decant and repeat the process twice more using the same roots

  • Combine all batches and store in the fridge

  • Drink warm or cold once daily, preferably before breakfast

Additional Use:
Used roots can also be added to broths or chicken dishes for added depth and flavour.
